Meland Foundation Nursing Scholarships

The Meland Foundation Nursing Scholarship offers and supports inspiring and educational programs to help families care for loved ones and to give patients and caregivers hope. The Meland Foundation provides scholarships to nurses with BSN degrees in the NJ-NY-CT-PA area who want to pursue Nurse Practitioner degrees with a pediatric specialization and share the Foundation’s goal. The Meland Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides medical and health information, inspiration, and financial support to patients, families, and children experiencing significant diseases, as well as encouragement and financial support to medical service providers committed to assisting these families. The foundation seeks to enable family members to make the best decisions concerning their health on the advice of their physician, build hope and provide guidance and motivation to all family members, with a particular emphasis on the poor and those in ill health, who strive to develop the highest potential of all family members, foster individuals to lead a life of service in behalf of others. The amount of each nursing scholarship is between $2,000 and $5,000.

Meland Foundation Nursing Scholarships Requirement

• The applicant must have a college diploma in nursing studies.
• Applicant must be a resident of the United States of America.
• Applicant must be a nurse in the NJ-NY-CT-PA area with BSN degrees wishing to pursue Nurse Practitioner degrees with a pediatric speciality and who shares the vision of the Foundation.
• Applicant must be a citizen of the United State.
• The application must be submitted before the deadline

• An essay of about 500 words describing your vision of how to provide excellent care and how you hope to fulfil that dream.
