GauchoSpace: Complete Guide to Access UCSB LMS 2023
The University of California, Santa Barbara’s Learning Management System (UCSB LMS) is the GauchoSpace. The GauchoSpace is made using Moodle, an open-source learning management system. Moodle is a learning management system (LMS) designed to provide educators, administrators and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalised learning environments. At the University of California, the GauchoSpace is the platform for UCSB courses and projects, enabling instructors to complete online sites for course materials and courses related activities for students.
GauchoSpace features and tools allow instructors to upload their syllabus, and course assignments, create quizzes or lessons and manage a gradebook that calculates and displays grades for students. With a variety of communication tools, UCSB LMS (GauchoSpace) simplifies the communication process between instructors and their students.
All courses made available by instructors on the GauchoSpace can be accessed by students. Students are able to access course sites from the current and one previous quarter unless the instructor has made a course unavailable to them.
