Jan 25, 2023, is the Deadline for dean/departmental offices to submit all approved undergraduate change of major requests effective for the spring 2023 semester.
Jan 27, 2023, is the Last day for degree candidates to submit graduation applications for May degrees and the Deadline for students to provide advance written notification to instructors of intent to observe religious holidays
February Miniterm classes begin; the last day to add/drop February Miniterm is February 7, 2023.
Summer semester advance registration begins on Feb 14, 2023.
Spring Miniterm classes begin on Feb 20, 2023, and the last day to add/drop Spring Miniterm is February 21, 2023.
VCU Spring 2023/2024 break for both campuses is on March 5-12,2023.
Midterm grades are due on March 17, 2023.
February Miniterm classes end on March 17, 2023, and the last day to withdraw from February Miniterm classes or choose the Pass/Fail option.
March Miniterm classes begin on March 20, 2023, and the last day to add/drop March Miniterm is March 21, 2023.
The last day to withdraw from a course with a mark of “W” – both campuses, except for courses not scheduled for the full semester and the Deadline to request the Pass/Fail option for courses is March 24, 2023.
Fall semester advance registration begins on March 28, 2023.
