Queens Solus: A Guide to Access Queens University Portal

In order to help Queens University students manage all of their academic, financial, contact, and admittance information both during and after their time at Queen’s, the Queens SOLUS Student Center was created. Knowledge and light are the meanings of the Gaelic word SOLUS. “Student On-Line University System” is another name for it. You will be required to enter your NetID and password in order to get into the SOLUS Student Centre. For further information about the supplied Guide to Access Queens University Portal, please check the section below.

Logging Into Queens Solus
  • Go to my.queensu.ca in your web browser.
  • Go to your top left and select SOLUS. You are then sent to the login page.
  • Enter your NetID on the login (Single Sign-On) page.
  • Provide your password.
  • The Login button can be clicked to access your portal.
About My NetID
  • At Queen’s, you are uniquely identified by your NetID. It will be used by you to access Queen’s online services and courses. Once you’ve been admitted to a course, you’ll get email with instructions on how to acquire your NetID.
  • You may amend your address, request a transcript, discontinue a course, and obtain your tax receipt through the Queens onQ Learning Management System and Queens SOLUS Student Centre using your NetID.
  • Alumni may be among those who can’t recall their NetID, while others may not have even received one while they were students.
  • Each student’s NetID is a combination of letters and numbers that is issued.
  • Consider it your key to gaining access to Queen’s online services.
Activating My NetID Account
  • To access self-service, go to netid.queensu.ca.
  • It will launch the NetID Profile Manager.
