NSHSS STEM Scholarships

NSHSS STEM Scholarships awards this scholarship to high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who are pursuing a degree in or closely related to it. For those with academic potential, leadership potential, and a desire to pursue STEM professions, the NSHSS Foundation offers STEM scholarships to marginalized communities to assist lower financial obstacles. This award is for U.S. high school seniors who will be attending college in the fall. Scholarships from the NSHSS Foundation have been established to assist high school students in overcoming financial obstacles as they prepare for future jobs in the fields of business, economics, public policy, environmental science, and sustainability. An amount of $1,000 is awarded to recipients of this scholarship to cover tuition, books etc. The Framework aims to include these future leaders in order to support the growth of the world economy, foster creativity and innovation, and provide a solid ethical foundation for decision-making. The scholarship program seeks to help future leaders fulfil their potential.

• Applicant Must be an undergraduate student
• Applicant Must attend a university
• Applicant Must not be attending high school currently
• Essay

• Applicants must be high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Applicant must demonstrate a desire to major in or pursue a degree in one of the following; Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Biosciences/Pre-med/health-related fields, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Cognitive, Neural, and Behavioral Sciences, Computer and Computational Sciences, including Statistics and Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Geosciences, Information Sciences, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Oceanography, Operations Research,Physics or Teach in STEM areas.

NSHSS STEM Scholarships Application Procedure

• Complete the application form via https://dashboard.nshss.org/scholarship-login?rURL=/dashboard/scholarshipslist using your personal information like Full name, address, Phone number and address.
• Submit official school transcripts.
• Submit two letters of recommendation and a personal statement
• Attach your Essay and upload a solo passport-sized picture
• Submit the application before October 15 2023.
