International Students can apply for the Master’s Program at the Center for Human Rights and the Arts in 2023-24. The scholarship enables Masters’s level programs in Human Rights and Arts at Bard College. Students with a professional or academic experience in human rights, the arts, or related subjects are invited to apply to the MA in Human Rights and the Arts Program. Master Program, Center for Human Rights and the Arts 2023-24 is offered for Bard College Masters’s level programs. Bard Institution, located in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York, is a private liberal arts college. Master Program Center for Human rights and the Arts Application Requirement/ Eligibility 2023-24
- Applicants to the MA in Human Rights & the Arts program must have a baccalaureate or equivalent degree
- The scholarship program is available to international students.
- The applicant must have a track record of excellence in human rights, the arts, or similar subjects, as well as a dedication to understanding, examining, and advancing the evolving relationship between human rights and the arts. The applicant must also have proven research skills.
- Personal statement from the Applicant of about (800–1200 words).
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from academic and/or professional sources and references.
- Transcripts of all postsecondary academic work.
- Proof of English proficiency.

Master Program Center for Human rights and the Arts Application Procedure
- Download and complete the online application via hra@bard.edu.
- Submit a personal Statement of Purpose (800–1200 words) outlining your reasons for applying to this school, your prior academic and/or professional experience, and the objectives you hope to accomplish while a student there.
- Submit a resume or curriculum vitae that includes information about your schooling, present and prior work, publications, creative and/or curatorial endeavours, and any other experiences or qualifications that are pertinent to graduate studies in the area of the intersection of human rights and the arts.
- Submit Two (2) letters of recommendation from academic and/or professional sources and references.
- Submit application and supportive documents before January 6, 2023.
