AmeriTech College Application Requirements
Applicants must take the following criteria of requirements into consideration:
First Application Requirements
- Attain “Provisional Application Status” by completing the following:
- Complete an in-person interview with the College Admissions Department
- Pass Required Entrance Examination
- Complete Required Admissions Packet (available after passing entrance examinations)
- Attain “Complete Application Status” by completing the following:
- Make Satisfactory Financial Arrangements with the Financial Aid Dept.
- Complete all Final Application Requirements (detailed requirements inside)
Final Application Requirements
- Drug Test.
- Criminal Background Checks. Students with felony backgrounds will not be admitted. Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Complete Financial Aid Requirements. Students must make satisfactory financial arrangements to cover the cost of attending school with an authorized financial aid representative. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify.

Application Procedure for Ameritech College
To start applying to Ameritech, prospective applicants must complete a form containing the following important areas:

Scholarships At Ameritech College
Scholarships at Ameritech are categorized as:
Internal
Receive internal monetary aid to fund your enrollment at Ameritech, by applying through any of the following:
- Lifetime Learning Scholarship
- The Lifetime Learning Scholarship is offered to registered nurses looking to advance their education and obtain a master’s degree.
- Students must submit a copy of their active, unencumbered RN license.
- Students must be enrolled in the MSN program.
- Students are eligible for a maximum award of $5,000.
- Students will be eligible to receive an award for up to 3 semesters for a maximum of $1,666.66 per semester.
- Students must maintain a CGPA of 3.0 to maintain eligibility for each semester.
Requirements To Receive The Funds And Maintain Eligibility
- This completed application.
- A 3.0 GPA must be maintained throughout the scholarship period.
- A written essay explaining why you should be awarded a scholarship, including any academic awards you have earned and any non-school related volunteer activities or community service you have been involved in. In addition, please discuss your expectations as far as how a master’s degree will enhance your career in nursing.
Scholarship Terms:
Any terms and conditions of a specific scholarship award, as well as the guidelines regulating Ameritech scholarships, must be accepted in order to receive the reward. The financial aid award package for each student—including any scholarships and need-based aid—must adhere to federal requirements.
- Ameritech maintains the right to modify specific scholarship awards in order to maintain compliance with governmental and institutional guidelines.
- Awards that are renewable must continue to make satisfactory academic progress.
- Grants are based on full-time enrollment; for students who enroll part-time, awards will be prorated according to enrollment.
- Awards may only be used to cover direct costs (such as tuition and fees) incurred by a student while attending Joyce or charges on a student ledger card. You must supply a copy of for the lifelong learning.
- Awards may only be used to cover direct costs (such as tuition and fees) incurred by a student while attending Ameritech or charges on a student ledger card. A copy of your current, unencumbered RN license must be provided for the lifetime learning requirement.
- Students may qualify only for one scholarship, per degree program.
- If you withdraw or are withdrawn from a term, scholarship refunds will be prorated using the same formula as the institutional tuition refund policy.
- BSN Alumni Scholarship
- The BSN Alumni Scholarship is offered to students who must have earned their Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- Students are eligible for a maximum award of $5,000.
- Students will be eligible to receive an award up to 3 semesters for a maximum of $1,666.66 per semester.
- Students must maintain a CGPA of 3.0 to maintain eligibility for each semester.
