The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (APACN) represents more than 15,000 post-acute caregivers and professionals working in more than 5,175 facilities. The association is dedicated to supporting its PAC nurses and medical professionals in providing quality care, APACN offers its members world-class education, certification, resources, and a strong collaborative community.

The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing scholarship provides funds and research grants, the Foundation helps to make dreams a reality for committed healthcare professionals. The American Association of Post-Acute Nursing (APACN), through its affiliates, the American Association for the Assessment and Coordination of Nurses (AANAC) and the American Association, works with more than 17,000 long-term and post-acute caregivers in more than 5,750 facilities. We represent professionals. Facilities of the Director of Nursing Services (AADNS). By funding nursing grants and research grants, the foundation helps dedicated medical professionals achieve some of their goals. The American Association of Post-Acute Nursing (APACN) “Lighting the Way for Nursing” grant is a $5,000 LPN/LVN grant that enables nurses interested in long-term care to pursue a BSN or advanced nursing degree. The foundation offers a $5,000 scholarship award to recipients.

There are no specific requirements for the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (APACN) scholarship

The deadline for the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing scholarship is Saturday, January 1, 2023, and 2024 Scholarships will open in the fall of 2023.

American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN) 2023-2024 Awards granted:

• The association provides a $5,000 RN Scholarship for BSN and above Nursing Degrees. Advancing Nurse Leadership in Post-Acute Care Scholarship
• A $3,000 RN scholarship to obtain a BSN is provided by the association to Elevate Post-Acute Care Nursing Scholarship.
• A $5,000 LPN/LVN scholarship is provided by the association to enable Nurses to obtain a BSN or higher nursing degree. This Lightens the Way for Post-Acute Care Nursing Scholarship.
• The American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (APACN) provides a $5,000 LPN/LVN scholarship for qualified Nurses and recipients to obtain a BSN or higher nursing degree. Frontline heroes in post-acute care Stipendium is awarded this scholarship amount.
• The Foundation accepts proposals of grants for academic nursing research.
