The American Association of Critical Care Nurses 2023-2024 Scholarship Program has been expanded to help members enhance their careers and acquire knowledge and skills beyond traditional academic nursing education. A limited number of scholarships for specific courses will continue to be awarded. American Association of Critical Nurses scholarship programs is designed to encourage lifelong learning, personal reflection, and professional growth. Programs may fund academic activities on a limited basis because specific academic courses are aligned with the applicant’s development plan, and the overall academic curriculum may ultimately lead to the achievement of a degree or certificate.

American Association of Critical-Care Nurses Application Requirements;

• The applicant must be a Current active member of AACN at the time of application and is required throughout the duration of the funded activity.
• AACN and AACN Certification Corporation officers and National Office staff are not eligible to send their applications.
• Applicants must show a direct link between the content of the learning activity they are proposing and what they need to learn in order to overcome the gaps in their knowledge and skills.
• Applicants must be very specific about how they intend to achieve their individual goals through the proposed activity for which they are applying for funding.
