Valencia Atlas is the Web-based learning support system that links students, faculty and staff to one another and to powerful learning resources such as LifeMap, online registration, grades, degree audits, financial aid, and academic records. Atlas connects you to all the resources you need to succeed at Valencia University. The Valencia Atlas has the following features for its students:

Valencia Atlas: Complete Guide to Access Valencia College Portal

All details as well as step by step guide on how to access the Valencia College Portal (Atlas) for your online registration, grades, financial aid and academic records are available here. To access your Valencia Atlas, you must first log in. If you don’t have an Atlas account then you must create one in order to obtain access to the many digital learning technology
platforms that we use to communicate, teach and learn at Valencia College. Below is a complete guide on how to create your Valencia Atlas account.

How to Create your Valencia Atlas Account

Navigate to the Atlas sign in or Valencia College Portal page at https://atlas.valenciacollege.edu.
Once the page appears, click on the “Sign Up for an Account” link.
Read and accept the Atlas usage statement before continuing with the creation of your Atlas account.
Once you are done reading the Atlas usage statement, click on the check box next to “I accept the above conditions”.
Click on “Continue” to proceed.
Fill out the Atlas account creation form with your First Name, Last Name, Middle Name, Birthdate, Valencia Identification Number (VID), Secret Question, Secret Answer and Password. Your VID (Valencia Identification Number) was assigned to you when you were admitted to Valencia and can be found on your Welcome Letter that was mailed to your home address. It contains the capital letter V followed by 8 digits.
Once you are done filling out the form, click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page to create your Valencia Atlas Account.

Once you have created your account, you can sign in or log into your Valencia Atlas account to have access to it.

How to Log into your Valencia Atlas Account

Navigate to the Atlas sign in or Valencia College Portal page at https://atlas.valenciacollege.edu.
Enter your Username.
Enter your Password.
Click on “LOGIN” to access your Atlas account dashboard.

Once you have logged in you can;

Register for classes by

Click on the Courses tab.
Inside the Registration channel, click Registration, then click on Register for Classes.
Click Step 3: Register for Classes/Withdraw from Classes.
When you have finished adding courses, click Submit Changes then click Registration Fee Assessment.

View My Grades by

Click the Courses tab.
Inside the Registration channel, click Payment and Admissions.
Click Transcripts, Grades & Holds.
Click on Final Grades.
Submit the Term.
Scroll down to view grades for each class.

Check My Financial Aid Status by

Click the Students tab.
Inside the Student Resources channel, click Financial Aid
Click on “My Financial Aid”.
To check balance–click on the Students tab, then click “Term Balance Less Anticipated Financial Aid”.
