UTSA Degree Works Guide 2023

You can schedule future classes and do degree audits using UTSA Degree Works. It will help you and your academic adviser quickly determine which courses you’ve taken and which ones you still need to take to satisfy your degree requirements. You may plan your semesters with UTSA DegreeWorks to achieve the optimum work/life balance while still graduating on time. For more information on the UTSA Degree Works 2023, see below.

Accessing The UTSA Degree Works

• Log Into the UTSA Degree Works Portal.
• Choose “Student Services”
• Next, select Student Records.
• Click on DegreeWorks to finish.

Access Your Plan On The UTSA Degree Works

• Access UTSA Degree Works.
• Select the Plans tab.
•  Click on your plan.
• From the views menu, select Edit.

Changing A Course On UTSA Degree Works

• Choose a course from the drop-down menu.
• Get rid of the course details
• Enter the details for the new course.

Removing A Course On UTSA Degree Works

• Choose the course, then select the minus icon.
• The course is no longer included in the plan.

Adding A Course On UTSA Degree Works

• In the term where you wish to add a class, click the + sign.
•  Select Course from the menu
• The term will include a blank row.
• In the blank space, type the course details.

Changing A Course to Another Term

• Choose the direction you want to go.
• The course has now been transferred to the new term by dragging it there with your mouse.
