Logging Into myUTRGV Account

Visit my.utrgv.edu.
Type your UTRGV email address.
After that, enter the UTRGV password for your email account.
To sign in, click the Sign In button.

Activating Your UTRGV Login Account

Visit the website for UTRGV Account Self-Service.
Click First-time user? Activate Account.
Enter the backup email address that UTRGV has on file for you.
This account will receive the activation link and instructions.
Click Continue.

Resetting Your Account

Visit https://myaccount.utrgv.edu to change your password or unlock your account.
Select either Unlock Account or Reset Password.
Type in the CAPTCHA characters and your UTRGV email address.
Next, click Next.
Choose the right choice, then click Next.
Fill out the instructions on the right side after choosing your preferred verification method.
You will be asked to enter a new password twice and choose Next if you choose “I forgot my Password” on the previous page.

Obtaining Your UTRGV Transcript

Access my.utrgv.edu.
From the Applications section, launch ASSIST.
The Student Profile tab should be chosen.
Choose Academic Record.
Decide on the transcript type and level.
From your browser’s menu, choose Print.
Choose “Save as PDF” under the printer or destination.
Select Save.
Select Save once more after selecting Save, then navigate to the location where you want to save the pdf file.
Open the PDF file you saved and print it normally.
