TuPortal: Useful Guide to Access Temple University Portal 2023

TuPortal is a single sign-on customized gateway for managing your university information on file and gaining access to Temple University’s key systems. From TUportal, you can access the Canvas Learning Management System. As stated in the University System Access Roles Definitions, students have access to Canvas. You’ll need your Temple University AccessNet and password to log into Canvas at canvas.temple.edu. Passwords for Temple University’s AccessNet expire after ten months. Your password might be no longer valid depending on when you last took a PCCD course. Password expiration notifications are currently sent to your Temple email address. The notice “Something doesn’t quite match” will appear if you try to log in using an expired password. Please try again, or for advice, visit the “Login Help” link below. The TuPortal details for the 2023 academic year are listed below.

Logging Into TuPortal

Enter tuportal.temple.edu in your web browser to access it.
Enter your AccessNet username on the login page.
Enter your password after that.
To access your portal, click login.

How to Activate Your Account On TuPortal

Please visit accounts.temple.edu.
On the right, select Activate AccessNet account.
Click Submit after filling out the Identification boxes.

How to Change Your Password

Please visit accounts.temple.edu.
Use your AccessNet username and password to log in.
Click Your password, then adhere to the directions.

Kindly NOTE: Call the Help Desk at (215) 204-8000 if you are unable to reset your password through the Manage Account website. The Help Desk is unable to communicate about account-related issues by email due to security concerns. When contacting the Help Desk, please sure to mention your request number.
