Toppermail: Best Guide to Access WKU Email 2023

The email address for Western Kentucky University students is TopperMail. It has several useful collaboration capabilities, a strong email client with an integrated calendar, and much more. The format of your TopperMail username or email address is first.last123@topper.wku.edu. After registering for your first course at WKU, you will receive a TopperMail email address in two days, at most. When you are admitted to the university, you do not immediately receive a WKU email account; you must first sign up for classes. Accessing TopperMail

• Please visit wku.edu/its/webmail.
• Choose a user account.
• Please provide your complete WKU email address.
• Enter the password for your WKU email.
• Press Sign In.

Installing Microsoft 365 on an Android device

• the Play Store app.
• Hit the Search button.
• Look up Microsoft 365.
• Then select Microsoft Office Mobile.
• Tap Install.
• To accept the terms, tap Accept.
• Tap Open.
• Click Sign in.
• Enter the WKU email address you use and tap Next.
• Click on Work account.
• To enter your WKU email address, tap the text field and type it.
• If you’re a student, enter your email password; if you’re a faculty or staff member, enter your NetID password.
• If a further security measure requests it, enter your WKU email address.
• Your WKU email account was emailed a security code, which you must enter.
• Tap Next.
• You can decide whether to link your Office Mobile device to Dropbox and press the arrow key.

Installing Microsoft 365 on an iPhone

• Select the App Store.
• Tap Search.
• Look up Microsoft 365.
• Select the app by tapping it.
• Tap Get and tap Install.
• If prompted, enter the password for your Apple ID and select OK.
• Tap Open.
• To navigate the images, swipe to the left.
• Click Sign In.
• To enter your WKU email address, tap the text field and type it and tap Next
• Decide on the Work account.
• Your WKU email address and password must be entered.
• Click Sign in.
• Select and edit documents by tapping the button.

Resetting Your Toppermail Password

• Visit their website.
• Your last name, birth-date, and the final four digits of your Social Security number should be entered.
• Use the last 4 digits of your WKUID if you don’t have a Social Security number.
• Click Next.
• You will be prompted to input the response if a security question and answer have already been set up.
• Submit Security Answer by clicking.
• Reset TopperMail Password by clicking.
• Change your password.
• Click Password Change.
