San Jac SOS: How to Access San Jac Login Portal 2023

San Jac SOS, the Secure Online System for San Jacinto College students. SOS is the Student Online Service portal for students that allows them to complete their registration, make payments and access their records.  With the San Jan SOS, students are able to view final grades, register for classes, financial aid, academic records and transcripts.

All first-time SOS Users, who have never claimed their SOS account, or set up a password for SOS, must first claim their account before they can have access to the San Jac Login Portal or SOS.

How to Claim Your San Jac SOS Account

1. Navigate to the Claiming Your Account Page at https://www.sanjacits.org/getting-account on your web page.
2. Click on the “CLAIM ACCOUNT” button under step 2 of the Claim Your Account To Activate section of the page.
3. A page will open for the Claim Account process requesting for your First Name, Last Name, Home Zip Code, and Birth Date.
4. Enter the requested details. When typing in your Birth Date, please ensure it is typed in this format: YYYY-MM-DD (Example: 2003-06-06).
5. Click on the “Computer Usage Policy” link and read the document which will open ina new window.
   
6. Click on the check box next to “I certify that I have read the policy on computer privileges and responsibilities and I agree to abide by this policy”.
7. Click on “Next” to proceed.
8. Read the Password requirements and then enter a password for your account in the New Password and Verify New Password fields.
9. Once you are done, click on “Next”.
10. Under the Password Change Complete, you will receive a confirmation that your password has successfully been changed. Kindly note the provided username given to you.
    
11. Answer each of the Pre-Defined Questions in the provided text fields.
12. For the User Defined Questions, type in your own question and provide an answer to that question. If you want to add an additional security question, click on Add Optional User Defined Question.
    
13. Once you are done, click on “Next”.
14. You will now receive a message saying Your challenge questions were successfully updated. Once you are done you may now click on the “Click Here to Login to SOS( San Jacinto College Online System” to login to your SOS account.

Once you have claimed your San Jac SOS account, you can now access your account for registration, make payments and access your records by just logging into SOS account with your username and password. To log into San Jac SOS, kindly follow the step by step guide provided below;

How to Log into San Jac SOS

1. Navigate or go to San Jac SOS login page at sanjac.edu/soslogin on your web browser.
2. On the SOS Login page, click on the S.O.S LOGIN button at the centre of the page.
3. Enter your username. Your USERNAME will be your last name dot first initial the last six numbers of your G# followed by @stu.sanjac.edu.
4. Click on “Next”.
5. Enter your Password.
6. Click on “Sign In” to access your Student Online Service dashboard.
