The “Global Universities” Association provides the Open Doors Russian Scholarship for International Students in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The grant is offered based on competition for students wishing to pursue master’s and doctoral degrees. The competition is aimed at aspiring master’s and doctoral candidates and allows winners and runners-up to study at any Russian university (including top-tier Russian universities) with tuition fees covered by the state, which translates to a 100% tuition discount plus a government scholarship at one of the top-tier Russian universities involved in the 5-100 project, which aims to elevate their standing on the international research and education market with 21 Nobel Prizes. Scholarship Benefits
- Both the winners and the runners-up will get full state funding to attend any Russian institution, which translates to a 100% tuition discount plus a government scholarship.

- Applications are accepted from international students.
Eligibility
- All foreign nationals and compatriots who live abroad permanently are eligible to participate.
- Participants must possess a bachelor’s degree (or a five-year specialist’s degree in some cases) or finish the necessary degree program by the year 2022.
- Participants may participate in either Russian or English. English Language Requirements.
