Radboud University has invited applications for its 26 Masters Scholarships Vacancies
A particularly selective scholarship program is the Radboud Scholarship Program. It provides non-EEA students with exceptional academic achievements the chance to be given a scholarship for the entirety of the Radboud University Master’s degree program, which is taught in English. With the exception of Erasmus Mundus Master’s programs and joint-degree Master’s programs, a number of partial scholarships are given each year through the Radboud Scholarship Program for the duration of one of the English-taught Master’s degree programs. There are a maximum of 26 Radboud Scholarships available for 2023–2024: Faculty of Arts (1), Faculty of Law (9), Faculty of Medical Sciences (1), Nijmegen School of Management (2), Faculty of Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies (1), Faculty of Science (10), Faculty of Social Sciences (2). Conditions
- Hold a non-EU/non-EEA passport, are ineligible for the cheaper EU/EEA tuition fee due to another circumstance, have obtained (or will soon obtain) a bachelor’s degree from a country other than the Netherlands, have no other degrees from the country, and/or did not receive any prior education there (exchange programmes excluded, provided that they are part of the bachelor degree achieved outside the Netherlands)
- Satisfy the English language competency criteria for your desired Master’s degree.
- Able to meet the requirements for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands have been fully admitted to the English-taught Master’s degree program beginning September 1, 2023 as stated in the official letter of admission are enrolled at Radboud University as a full-time student for the academic year and Master’s degree program for which the scholarship will be awarded.
Amount of Grant
- A Radboud Scholarship will reduce your tuition fee to € 2.314,- For example: a grant holder in 2022/2023 will pay a tuition fee of only €2.314,- instead of €16,000.
- The scholarship also covers costs for visa, residence permit, health insurance and liability insurance for your stay in the Netherlands (Aon Student Insurance).
Application Process
- You can apply by mentioning that you want to apply for a Radboud Scholarship in the OSIRIS Application system when you apply for admission to a Master’s program.
- Next, two reference letters and a resume will need to be uploaded as additional three files. You can upload the same papers once again for your scholarship application if you already uploaded them for your Master’s program application.
- Admission to the Master’s program does not automatically entail selection for the scholarship; rather, these two processes are distinct from one another.
