One UF Login Access and Guide 2023

Students, staff, and faculty at the University of Florida can access self-service applications through the online portal known as ONE UF from their cellphones, tablets, and desktop computers. It serves as your main access point for self-service features. Time Approval, Campus Finances, Schedule of Courses, Grades, Registration, Drop/Add, My Schedule, degree audit, and many other services are available through UF One. UF One will develop into the “one-stop-shop” for all UF constituents as the University continues to significantly upgrade its systems, including UF Canvas. Logging Into One UF

• Go to one.uf.edu.
• Then, select “Log in with GatorLink.”
• Enter your GatorLink username on the login page for the self-service portal.
• Enter your password here.
• To access your dashboard, click the “LOGIN” button one last time.

Finding Your Affiliation Via One UF

• Select “Log in with Gatorlink.”
• Click the person icon in the top-right corner after logging in.
• From the pop-up menu, choose “Directory Profile.”
• The “Other Attributes” section includes information about Primary Affiliation.

• The degree audit, also known as Universal Tracking-UT, is an electronic online system that tracks each undergraduate major’s progress toward graduation.
• The degree audit offers academic guidance for selecting the best major as soon as feasible and assists students in finding the optimal academic path to finish their degree.
• Additionally, it offers comments on academic development each semester.
• Inquire with your academic advisor if you have any queries about the degree audit.
• Visit One UF and select Degree Audits from the My Online Services menu to view your degree audit on the left-hand menu.
