MyIvy: Ivy Tech Community College Portal Guide 2023
The online student interface for Ivy Tech Community College is called MyIvy. Students can check their email, register for classes, pay their tuition, manage their financial aid, and much more with My Ivy. Along with access to frequently asked questions, the student message board, and the technical support hotline, My Ivy also includes Quick Links to the websites you visit most frequently, like Blackboard, Ivy Learn, and the online bookstore. Logging Into Ivy Tech Community College Portal
- My Ivy can be found at my.ivytech.edu.
- Enter the username you use for My Ivy.
- To sign in, enter your password.
Logging Into Ivy Tech Community College Portal For The First Time
- Click ENTER after entering http://my.ivytech.edu in your browser.
- To create an account and choose a password, click the FIRST TIME USERS link.
- Enter your name, birthdate, zip code, and student ID (C#) must be entered.
- The information must be entered exactly as it appears on your admissions application.
- You will see your new My Ivy username. For your account, type a password.
- Answer at least three security questions here.
- For a link to My Ivy login, click it.
Registering For Courses
- Log into My Ivy and select STUDENT Dashboard.
- Go to “Add/Drop Classes” and click.
- After reading the registration message, press “I Agree.”
- Click on Submit after choosing a Term.
- Next On the STUDENT Dashboard, click the Course Search link.
- Choose the phrase that best describes the class that will be held.
- Choose the appropriate subject, then type the course number in the Course Number form.
- Do not add any further details to the search to get the whole list of available classes.
- Make sure to choose the campus or campuses where you would like to take the class when registering for classes in this area.
- Click the first campus, hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while selecting additional campuses, and then click the second campus.
- Find Course Search at the bottom of the page and click on it.
- If a section is convenient for you, check the box to the left of it, then click Register at the bottom of the page.
- Either a message confirming successful registration or information explaining why registration for the desired class was not possible will be returned by the system.
- Repeat steps 4 through 9 with the subsequent class you need to add. When you’re done, click Student Detail Schedule at the bottom of the page to view your class schedule.
- When you’re done, click Class Schedule on the Student Dashboard page to view your class schedule.
Dropping Courses On The Ivy Tech Community College Portal
- Log into My Ivy and select STUDENT Dashboard.
- Go to “Add/Drop Classes” and click.
- After making your choice, click Submit.
- To formally Web Drop the course, click the Dropdown box in the course information.
- When finished, you may confirm the course(s) have been formally dropped by visiting the Student Dashboard page and clicking the Class Schedule link.
Requesting An Ivy Tech Official Transcript
- Visit your MyIvy account by logging in at myivy.ivytech.edu
- Choose “Student” from the list on the left.
- Choosing “Course Info”
- Select “Request Official Transcripts” after that.
Requesting An Ivy Tech Unofficial Transcript
- Visit your MyIvy account by logging in at myivy.ivytech.edu.
- Choose “Student”.
- Choose “Course Info.”
- Select “Unofficial Transcripts” after that.
