MyCSUEB: How to Access CSUEB Login Portal 2023

MyCSUEB is the student self-service portal for enrollment processes and personal data related to your academic record at California State University, East Bay. You may access your account, student enrollment, grades, class schedule, and financial assistance through Cal State East Bay’s student portal. Please refer to the material below for further details on the 2023 CSUEB Login Helpful Guide.

Logging Into MyCSUEB

Go to mycsueb.csueastbay.edu.
Select “Sign In” from the menu.
Enter your NetID on the login page.
Enter your password.
To enter your portal, click the Login button at the end.

Activating Your CSUEB NetID

Choose “Activate your NetID” from the menu at csueastbay.edu/netid.
To continue, enter your “Last Name” and “NetID,” as supplied by the university, and then click “Submit.”
Step 2 (Review and agree conditions of use): Click “Accept” to move on to step 3. (User Details).
To go on to step 4 from step 3 (User Details), click “Next” (Manager secret questions).
Step 4 requires you to respond to three security questions (Manager secret questions).
To view all question possibilities from the pull-down menu, click the “pencil” button. “Submit” the form to go on to step 5. (see note).
If not already entered, enter your “Home Email” and “Mobile Phone” before clicking “submit” to continue.
Choosing “Close” will take you to step 6. (create and confirm your new password).
Click “Reset Password” after entering your password twice.
Your activation is complete after you click “OK.”

Ordering Your Transcripts

Present students with access to MyCSUEB Using your Net ID and password, sign in to MyCSUEB and choose “Order a Transcript.”
You will be sent to Credentials, Inc. through this.
You may monitor the status of your online transcript orders in your MyCSUEB student account.
Directly from Credentials, Inc.: Alumni or Students with a Deactivated Student Account
Direct orders done with Credentials, Inc. call for signature approval. This order may be placed without a NetID.
