myCCSF: How to Access CCSF Login Portal 2023

myCCSF is the student Login portal for the students of City College of San Francisco. myCCSF serves as the student information portal for all the members of City College of San Francisco. The myCCSF portal is designed to assist students, faculty and staff to get done with essential activities or work such as registering for classes, adding classes and checking your grades in the City College of San Francisco.

Students of City College of San Francisco can access and operate myRAM student portal, CCSFmail (CCSF student mail) and Canvas Learning management system through myCCSF. With the myCCSF app, students can search the online schedule, view courses they have enrolled in, check grades, look up their financial aid, view their account balance and see if they have any holds. Download your myCCSF app from App Store for iOS or Google App Store for Android. With the myCCSF app, students have access to the following features:

• Search for classes.
• Link to Register for classes via myRAM portal.

myCCSF: How to Access CCSF Login Portal 2023

All details and procedures to assist you access and browse through your myCCSF or CCSF Login Portal are available here. To access myCCSF, you will have to first login with your RAM ID and Password. RAM ID is CCSF’s password management service. For students, your RAM ID is your Student ID number, typically starting with a W or @. To login, you must activate your RAM ID first.

How to Activate your RAM ID

1. Go to myCSSF Login portal at https://www.ccsf.edu/myccsf on your web browser.
2. Click on the “myCCSF Login Portal (RAM ID)” for the login portal.
3. Now the myCCSF login page will appear. Click on the “New to RAM ID? Forgot Password?” link to start the process.
4. Enter your Student Username when the End-User Self-Service box appears asking for your Username. Your USERNAME is the same as your Student ID Number.
5. Answer the 3 mandatory questions provided to verify your identity.
6. Click on “Next” to set up your password.
7. Set your desired password. Make sure your set password meets the password requirements.
8. Click “Continue” to proceed.
9. Now enrol your challenge answers and click “Continue” to proceed.
10. Choose two questions and answer. Answers to these questions will assist you in the recovery process in the future. Click “Continue”.
11. Enter your mobile number for password recovery and Click “Continue”
12. Enter your personal email address for password recovery Click “Continue”. Enter the one-time passcode (OTP) emailed to your personal email account and click “Continue”.
13. The RAM Resource Portal page will be displayed.

Once you are done activating your RAM ID, you can proceed to log in.

How to Login to myCCSF Account

1. Go to myCSSF Login portal at https://www.ccsf.edu/myccsf on your web browser.
2. Click on the “myCCSF Login Portal (RAM ID)” for the login portal.
3. Enter your Username. Your USERNAME is the same as your Student ID Number.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click the “Login” button to access your account.

How to Reset your Forgotten Password

1. Go to myCSSF Login portal at https://www.ccsf.edu/myccsf on your web browser.
2. Click on the “myCCSF Login Portal (RAM ID)” for the login portal.
3. Click on the “New to RAM ID? Forgot Password?” button.
4. Enter your Student Username. Your USERNAME is the same as your Student ID Number.
5. Choose your “Authentication Type“ and enter the requested answer.
6. Once the user’s identity has been verified, you will be prompted to set your new password.
7. Follow the instruction on the screen to set up your password.
