Is KSD Still Open For Applications 2024?

King Sabata Dalindyebo TVET College (KSD) is backed by a group of dedicated academics, just as other excellent educational institutions. Not yet. KSD will open for 2024 from 1 April 2024 to 30 November 2024 to potential students so they can download the 2024–2025 application form.

KSD Registration Fee 

Applicants who will be applying to KSD for 2024 will pay an application fee of R30.

Required Documents To Apply To KSD For 2024

• South African identity number
• If you are an international applicant, your passport number
• Payable fee of R30 for Registration form
• For both South African and international candidates, proof of registration fee payment is necessary.
• Certified copies of your identification documents are needed to complete applications from both international and South African citizens, respectively.
• Exam results or academic transcripts: Grade 12 final results, if any are available. If you are currently enrolled in grade 12, your grade 11 test scores are essential for your application.

• This application is in hard copy. Please make sure you download the appropriate application (part-time student or new student).
• Fill out every field on your application.
• Include all supporting documentation.
• During registration, you can submit an application for accommodation.

NSFAS Application At KSD

The NSFAS initiative, which aims to assist students from economically disadvantaged families in pursuing their higher education ambitions, is funded by the South African government. For children who are intellectually motivated but may be deterred by financial limitations, it is a priceless tool.

NSFAS Eligibility Criteria

• You must be a citizen of South Africa and must have plans to enrol in a public university or TVET institution an there.
• You must be a recipient of SASSA grants.
• Your combined annual household income must not exceed R350 000.
