King Hintsa Tvet College, a provincial TVET institution provides top-notch instruction and training to give its students the abilities they need to support the growth of their communities and South Africa’s economy. King Hintsa was formed by combining many colleges Tvet colleges in South Africa.
King Hintsa, which has five campuses, is situated in the Southern East of the Eastern Cape. The university offers NC (V), Report 191 (skills development), and other programmes at its numerous sites in an effort to give students top-notch education and training that meets community standards.

NSFAS Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for NSFAS at King Hintsa TVET College, applicants must meet the following criteria
- Be a South African citizen
- All SASSA grants recipients also qualify for funding
- Applicants whose combined household income is not more than R350,000 per year
