The Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science, also known as “the College,” is an academic community of faculty, staff, and students that collaborates to advance the development of healthcare professionals by instructing and learning evidence-based, discipline-specific healthcare knowledge. In order to completely prepare qualified healthcare workers, this community also serves to produce and share relevant general education knowledge. Applications are now being accepted for the academic year 2023–2024. Consider applying before January 2, 2023. Information required for a successful application process is listed below.
Good Samaritan Nursing College Application Requirements
- Official High School, Vocational School or GED transcripts
- If applicable, all Official College Transcripts
- ACT, SAT, Accuplacer scores, or college credits
- GPA in high school or overall cumulative GPA in college of 2.0 or above (Applicants with a GED must meet the minimum score of at least 2250, with no score lower than 410 on individual sections)
- Show You Are College Ready by Choosing One of the Following:
- SAT or ACT score of 1210 on the 2400 scale or 900 on the 1600 scale. GSC’s school code for the ACT is 3375, and our school code for the SAT is 1259. (Score only valid for 2 years)
Accuplacer reading and math sections both require a score of 236 or above (Score only valid for 2 years) - The Accuplacer Assessment is available for in-person assessment at Good Samaritan College. There are two parts to the Accuplacer Assessment: math and reading. The majority of pupils finish both sessions in an hour.
