goCSN: How to Access myCSN Login 2023
GoCSN and MyCSN are two different student portal applications of the College of Southern Nevada. The “MyCSM” student portal is a one-stop gateway for accessing most of the College of Southern Nevada applications and tools. The “MyCSN” is the platform for logging in to register for classes, make your various payments and access financial aid. With “MyCSN” Login Portal, you have access to the following:

- Advanced planning tools
GoCSN is a single sign-on application that allows you to access all of your CSN personal applications from one site and one login from any device or location.
goCSN: How to Access myCSN Login 2023
All details and guides to assist you to access your goCSN and MyCSN. Logging in to GoCSN grants you access to your CSN Student Email. Students are urged to use the Internet Explorer browser when accessing GoCSN and MyCSN. To access your MyCSN, you must first log in to your GoCSN. Below are details on how to login and access your MyCSN.
How to Login to GoCSN
- Navigate to the GoCSN login page at csn.edu/gocsnlogin on your web preferred browser.
- Enter your NSHE ID number.
- Enter your associated password.
- Click on “Login” to access your GoCSN dashboard. To access your MyCSN account proceed to the steps below.
- On the GoCSN Login page, Select the ‘MyCSN’ tile
- If required, login to MyCSN using the same login credentials used for GoCSN.
If you are a new student, you have to validate or activate your account first before you can be able to log in. Your Login details will be emailed to the email provided on your application for admission.
How to Validate/Activate your MyCSN Account
Prior to accessing your MyCSN account, make sure you have validated or activated your account and register your password. To validate, your account:
- Navigate to the GoCSN login page at csn.edu/gocsnlogin on your web preferred browser.
- Click on the “Account Validation” link.
- Enter your NSHE ID.
- Enter your last name as it appears on your CSN admissions email.
- Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). It is the last four digits of your social security number (SSN).
- If your social security number (SSN) was not provided on your admissions application, then enter 9999.
- Click on Next to proceed. Follow the instruction provided to validate your account.
Once you have activated your account, you can now proceed to access your MyCSN account. Also, you can get your CSN Student Email address through your GoCSN.
How to get to your CSN Student Email
- Log in to your GoCSN account by following the details provided above.
- Click the icon for the student’s email (Microsoft Outlook icon).
- Your Username for your student email would be NSHEID@student.csn.edu, and the password is the same as your GoCSN password.
