Select Add Recipient.
Recipient Type is one of two choices available to you. Choose the sort of recipient information you want to enter, then specify how many copies you want.
Choose Other from the Recipient Type drop-down menu if you are sending your transcript to a different institution or a different party.
Type in the recipient’s details. Click Save once all relevant fields have been filled in.
After completing these steps, your transcript will be mailed to the alternate party of your choice. Contact your student services counselor for help if you want an official transcript forwarded to a different person through email.
Student: Choose Student from the drop-down choice under Recipient Type if you are the recipient of the transcript.
The appropriate fields in the form will automatically fill in this data if your address is available in your GCU portal. The information will be saved when you click Save, and you’ll be taken to the Add Recipient page to add other recipients or complete your request.
The Transcript Request page will prompt you to pay once you have finished adding recipients to the transcript request. The processing fee for an official transcript request is $8.00 per copy.
You can make any necessary changes on the Processing Payment page. Check the “I accept the aforementioned Payment Agreement” box after reading the authorization agreement.
Either a fresh credit card can be entered or one that is already saved to your account can be used. To submit the transcript request or add a new credit card if necessary, click process.
