FSU Email: How to Access FSU Webmail Account 2023

To all FSU students, teachers, staff, and some courtesy appointees, FSU email is a free, cloud-based service. Everything you need to keep in touch and on task is available through your Microsoft 365 Outlook email account, including email, calendars, contacts, and tasks. You can use desktop, online, and mobile apps to access your email. Regularly check your FSU webmail account for crucial university announcements, such as those regarding classes or closures. Accessing FSU Email
  • Visit my.fsu.edu now.
  • Use your FSUID and password to log in.
  • Among the myFSU Links, select the @fsu email symbol.
Outlook login for the FSU email
  • Please visit outlook.com/fsu.edu.
  • Choose a mail account.
  • The format for your FSU email address is FSUID@fsu.edu.
  • Your password here.
  • Press Sign in.
Configuring FSU Email on an iPhone
  • Open Settings.
  • Go to Settings and choose Mail.
  • Select Accounts.
  • Choose Add Account.
  • Select the Microsoft Exchange option.
  • Select Next after entering your FSU email address (in the format FSUID@fsu.edu).
  • Fill down your email address and give your mailbox a description or “nickname.” Your email will be confirmed if you keep going.
  • Select Sign In.
  • The Microsoft login screen will ask for your account information. Click Next.
  • The FSU login screen should appear after doing this.
  • Select Sign in after entering your FSU email address and password.
  • You will be required to use two-factor authentication to confirm your identity.
  • Tap Accept.
  • The process of setting up your FSU email on an iOS device is now complete.
Password Reset for FSU Email
  • Visit my.fsu.edu now.
  • Press Manage FSUID/Password.
  • Click Proceed.
  • Click Continue after entering either your FSUID or EMPLID.
  • Enter your birth-date, then select Continue.
  • Click Password Change.
  • Click No.
  • Click Continue after entering your security question’s response.
  • Success! Type in your new password and confirm by typing it in again.
Setting Up Your FSUID
  • Visit my.fsu.edu now.
  • Select Manage FSUID/Password, then select Continue.
  • To continue, enter your FSUID or EMPLID.
  • Type in your birth-date, then click Continue.
  • US residents: Verify your Social Security number’s last five digits. Users from abroad: Check the validity of your personal email.
  • Make up your security queries and responses. By choosing the last option from the drop-down menu, you may either use the predefined questions or design your own. Continue once all of the questions and answers have been chosen or written.
  • Set up two-factor authentication with Duo.
  • Click Continue after creating a password that satisfies the criteria listed on the page.
  • Congratulations! Your FSUID account is now operational.
