ETSU Goldlink is the online student login portal for East Tennessee State University (ETSU). Goldlink is East Tennessee State University’s information management system containing student, faculty, course advisement and personnel information. ETSU GoldLink serves as ETSU’S gateway to registration, advising, student information and other ETSU applications. Students, employees, and faculty can access their ETSU Goldlink portal 24/7 for their records and accounts.

With the ETSU Goldlink portal, students can look up and register for courses, pay fees, check financial aid status, view an unofficial transcript, connect to D2L, keep up to date with the East Tennessee State University (ETSU) news, check grades, and maintain certain contact information. Faculty and advisors can access advisee information, enter grades, check attendance and view course section information through Goldlink. Employees can also access payroll data, review benefits, and maintain certain contact information with GoldLink.

All procedures and guides to assist students to get access to the ETSU Goldlink have been outlined here for you. To access your ETSU Goldlink, you must first login with your ETSU email User Name and Password. Prior to logging in, make sure you have activated your account ETSU account.

How to Activate your ETSU Goldlink Account

1. Navigate to the ETSU Goldlink login page at ttps://goldlink.etsu.edu on your web browser.
2. Click on “Activate your Account”.
3. The Account Activation page will appear for you to enter identifying information.
4. Enter your ENumber, the Last 4 digits of your SSN (if you have one), and your Date of Birth in their respective fields.
5. Click on “Submit” to proceed.
6. Follow the instruction on your screen to activate your account.

Students without ENumber should follow the steps below to get it;

1. Navigate to the ETSU Goldlink login page at ttps://goldlink.etsu.edu on your web browser.
2. Click on “Activate your Account”.
3. Click on the “this page to get it” link provided on the Account Activation.
4. Then enter your First & Last Name, the Last 4 digits of your SSN (if you have one), and your Date of Birth in the fields provided.
5. Click on “Submit”.
6. After your identity has been verified via SMS, phone, or email you will be given your ENumber.

Once you have your ENumber, you can activate your account to enable you login to your ETSU Goldlink account.

How to Login to ETSU Goldlink

1. Navigate to the ETSU Goldlink login page at ttps://goldlink.etsu.edu on your web browser.
2. Click on “Login to GoldLink”.
3. Enter your ETSU Email address then click on “Next”.
4. Enter your password
5. Click on “Sign in” to access your Goldlink homepage.

How to Register on Goldlink

1. Login to Goldlink using the details provided above.
2. On the homepage of your Goldlink account, click on the “Student” page on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the “Registration Tools”.
4. Under the “Registration Tools” drop-down, click on the Add/Drop Classes link.
5. Choose the term you want to register for and then click on the “Submit” button.
6. Enter your five (5) digit CRN in the boxes at the bottom of your screen.
7. Click on “Submit”.
