Logging Into uManitoba Webmail

Go to email.humanitoba.ca.
Click the “UM student and staff email” tab on the page.

Activating Your UMnetID

You require your employee or student ID number.
After 48 hours, a student who accepts their admissions offer can activate their umnetID.

Creating Your UM account

Your last name, student or staff number, and birth-date must be entered.
Read the usage agreement, then agree to it.
To use Office 365, students must read and accept the usage agreement.
Click after responding to the Password and Challenge questions and submit it.
Your claim to your UMnetID and UM email account was successful.

If you have previously logged into signUM, you should have already set up three of the security questions that will be asked of you.
