DIW Berlin FULLY FUNDED PhD Scholarship (5 Years) 2023, Berlin, Germany, is now accepting applications from international students. The scholarship enables for PhD level programs in Economics and Business Studies taught at the German Institute for Economic Research. DIW Berlin PhD Scholarship is a five-year program that is completely supported; no tuition fees will be charged during the program. The German Center for Economic Research (DIW Berlin) is a renowned economic research institute in Germany that provides top-tier economic PhD programs in Berlin. A stipend of 1,450 Euro per month is granted for the course phase, and PhD candidates will be funded throughout the duration of the program, which is planned to be five years and also, allows access to public transportation at no additional cost and ensures student health insurance.

• Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Economics or Business Studies and have excelled in their studies.
• Applicants must provide GRE General Test scores along with their application.
• English proficiency test results
• Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply if they also enrol on a Master’s program with a fast-track option.
• The application is to be completed in English.

• Fill out the online application form via the scholarship provider’s website.
• Submit a Motivation letter of about 2 pages stating the applicant’s motivation for applying to the program
• Submit Two academic letters of recommendation. Recommendation letters must be submitted via email:gradcenter@diw.de
• Submit a Detailed curriculum vitae
• Submit Copies of academic transcripts and other certificates
• Attach your IELTS or TOEFL scores
• The application must be submitted before February 12, 2023.
