CUSIS: Simple Way to Access CUHK CUSIS 2023

The Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) is a student information system designed to provide students with access to CUHK services anytime, anywhere. CUSIS is scaled to address the increasing reporting requirements as the volume of student-related data continues to rise even in the future. In order to cater for the needs of the various stakeholders such as students, staff and alumni arising from new requirements of the 3+3+4 (334) education reform, the Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) was designed to bring different information and data together, assist connect up related processes so as to improve services to the University and produce quality management information effectively.

As a result of the introduction of the CUSIS, users are able to manage their business in crucial areas of student admissions and registration, course selection and enrollment. Through CUSIS, CUHK is able to link up with its expansive network of alumni around the world.  With CUSIS,

• Teaching Staff can access and manage various teaching and learning information including assessment and examination records on one single platform.
• Students can manage personal and academic information online. Also provides students with self-service in a variety of areas including course planning, financial records as well as profile updates.
• Alumni can update their personal records.

CUSIS: Simple Way to Access CUHK CUSIS 2023

The Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) is available and accessible to staff and students of CUHK. CUSIS administrators can access it by logging in with 2-factor authentication. To access CUSIS, you must first log in. On the 6th of July, 202o, the CUSIS Login together with the MyCUHK login was switched to CUHK Login. To access the CUSIS services, you must log in to MyCUHK. CUSIS services can be accessed 24 X 7 except for regular maintenance every day from 8:00 pm -10:00 pm with possible interruption to CUSIS functions.

How to Access CUHK CUSIS as a Student

1. Go to the MyCUHK Web Login page at https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk on your supported web browser.
2. On the MyCUHK Web Login page, enter your Login ID in the space provided. Your Login ID is your student ID with @link.cuhk.edu.hk
3. Enter your Password. Your password is the OnePass password.
4. Click on “Sign in” to access the MyCUHK homepage.
5. Click on “CUSIS” on the MyCUHK Homepage to access your CUSIS.

How to Access CUHK CUSIS as a Staff

1. Go to the MyCUHK Web Login page at https://portal.cuhk.edu.hk on your supported web browser.
2. On the MyCUHK Web Login page, enter your Login ID in the space provided. Your Login ID is in this form; alias@cuhk.edu.hk.
3. Enter your Password. Your password is the OnePass password.
4. Click on “Sign in” to access the MyCUHK homepage.
5. Click on “CUSIS” on the MyCUHK Homepage to access your CUSIS.

According to 2FA Policy for All University Accounts, two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for all staff to enter MyCUHK. If you haven’t enrolled on 2FA yet, you are unable to enter MyCUHK even if the correct login ID and password are used.

CUHK implemented the Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) based on the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application.
