Each student at California State University, Fullerton receives a free Office 365 Outlook email account (CSUF Email) and access to a Google suite of services called Titan Apps (G-Suite such as Google Docs, Google Drive). By entering into your CSUF Portal account, you may access both your email and your Titan Apps. Please review the information on the 2023 CSUF Email Student Login Access Guide below.
Accessing CSUF Email Using Your Portal
Access your campus portal account.
On the Portal site, choose the Student Email symbol in the upper right corner.
Type in your CSUF Portal login information.
Click Sign In after that.
On the Microsoft sign-in screen, choose Yes or No according to your choices.
You will be asked to choose your language and time zone if this is your first time accessing your student email.

How to Access Your CSUF Google Account
Activate any Google app, then select “Sign In.”
Type in your school email address. then press Next.
The Titan Apps sign-in page asks you to enter your college login and password.
Click Sign In after that.
If asked to confirm that this is your account, click Continue.
If your CSUF Google account has two-step verification enabled, you could be asked to confirm your account using a different method, such a text message.
Your CSUF Google account is currently signed in.
How to Set Up CSUF Email On iPhone
To access the Settings app, hit Settings on the iPad’s home screen.
To add your Fullerton email account, touch Mail, Contacts, and Calendars, then press Add Account
For setup, tap on Microsoft Exchange.
Specify your username, password, and description along with your email address.
In the Domain field, type ad.
Click Next.
The name “Server” will now appear in a new field. As the server, type campusmail.fullerton.edu.
Then choose Next.
The desired switches for Mail, Contacts, and Calendars should be turned on.
Additionally, you may adjust Mail Days to Sync to the appropriate time.
