The CCSD Canvas LMS also known as CCSD Instructure LMS can be accessed either with a web browser or through the app. To have access to the CCSD Canvas you must first be able to log in to your CCSD Canvas account. Below are the various ways and steps to help you log in to the CCSD Canvas or Instructure LMS for your 2023 course materials.

How to Login to CCSD Canvas LMSU

How to Login to CCSD Canvas LMS Using a Web Browser

1. Go to  https://ccsd.instructure.com/login/ldap on your browser. Kindly use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience when using Canvas LMS.
2. The login page will pop up. Kindly click on the category where you belong whether a student, a parent, or a staff. Enter your AD Username and password. In case you have forgotten your password, click on “get help logging in” and follow the steps carefully to reset it or change it.
3. Click on “LOGIN” to log in.

Students can log in through the Canvas students App

With the Canvas apps, you can log in to CCSD Canvas LMS. The Canvas student app, Canvas instructor app, and the Canvas parent app are all available in Google Play Store for Android devices and in App Store for IOS users. With the Canvas student app, Canvas instructor app, and the Canvas parent app, you can log in with your school URL or QR code. Every institution uses a specific URL to access Canvas. It is recommended that you use the Canvas Mobile App for iOS 8.0+ and Android 4.03+.

Logging in with URL

1. Open the Canvas student app and enter CCSD Canvas LMS. In case you don’t know the CCSD Canvas URL code, you can search for the school name with the search bar.
2. Click on the login button and enter your AD Username and password.
3. Click on “LOGIN”.

Logging in with QR Code

To log in with the QR code, click on the account link and then the QR code. For the QR code, CCSD staff must enable the QR code feature before they can use it. QR code can be scanned from the login page of the CCSD online portal. To view the QR code:

1. Log in to your CCSD Canvas account.
2. Click on “QR code for Mobile” in the account
3. Click on the proceed button and your code will display.

The QR code is the same as your password and should be kept confidential.
