APIASF/Toyota Scholarship 2023-2024

The APIASF/Toyota Scholarship 2023-2024 was established to benefit students planning to enrol as first-year students in the upcoming academic year in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The scholarship program provides financial aid to Asian and/or Pacific Islander descent. The APIASF/Toyota Scholarship program awards $2,500 to recipients and recipients stand only 1 chance of receiving an award from the program. The vision of the scholarship program is to provide higher education and resources that promote academic, personal, and professional success for all Asian and Pacific Islander Americans, regardless of race, national origin, or financial ability.

APIASF/Toyota Scholarship 2023-2024 Application Requirement;
    • Students must be of Asian and/or Pacific Islander descent
    • Applicant must be Enrolling as a full-time, degree-seeking or first-year student in the upcoming academic year/ earned a GED
    • Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.70.
    • Applicant must state clearly the financial need required.
    • Applicant must be a legal permanent resident of the United States.
    • Students must Be a citizen of the United States, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia or the Republic of Palau.
    • Applicant must be enrolled as an undergraduate student in a U.S.-accredited college or university in the Fall of 2023.
    • Applicant must major in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Fields.
    •  Applicant should be Asian and/or Pacific Islander ethnicity as defined by the U.S. Census.
    • Must be able to attend the Toyota scholarship event in Torrance, CA in the spring.
APIASF/Toyota Scholarship Application Details 2023/24;
  • All official Transcripts must be submitted.
  • A resume and Activity list must be presented.
  • An Essay of 500 words describing the goals and objectives of the Applicant in their personal, educational and career lives.
  • Online submission of recommendation letters.
  • A completed online FAFSA application.
