Alamo ACES (Alamo Colleges Educational Services) portal is a secure portal that gives instructors, staff, and students single sign-on access to a variety of apps. You may access online courses, financial aid data, email, library resources, and registration for classes as an ACES user. Logging Into Alamo Aces
- Go to www.alamo.edu or aces.alamo.edu to access the website.
- Click Alamo ACES Login to begin.
- Click Login after entering your User Name and Password.
- The procedures stated below should be followed if you’ve lost the email.
- Follow these instructions if you do not know your User Name or Password.
- Click the link titled “How do I receive a user name and password?”
- Click “Submit” after entering your last name and SSN’s last four digits.
- You will be given your User Name and the default Password.
- Your last name’s first two characters in capital plus your birthdate, in the format MMDDYY, make up the default password.
- Make a note of your user name.
- Go away and come back to www.alamo.edu.
- Enter the default User Name and Password.
- Create a new, secure password, confirm it, and save your changes.

- Click Send Setup.

Changing Alamo Aces Password
- Access Alamo ACES.
- Click the My Account option under the Home tab.
- Enter your current ACES password, a new password, and the new password’s confirmation. Password specifications:
- The minimal password length is eight
- The maximum password length is 20.
- A letter must be in the password.
- The password must include a digit.
- Special characters in the password may include: %$#*.
- Click on Save Changes.
- The Save changes button will display a notice that your information has been modified.
- Click the “Click here to proceed” link.
