How to Access TTU Raiderlink
Texas Tech raiderlink site must be logged in.
- Access the portal at texastech.edu.
- Enter the username you use for ttu eRaider.
- Key in password.
- Then log in by clicking the blue “Sign In” button.
How to Set Up A New eRaider Account
- Click Set-Up Account on eraider.ttu.edu after navigating there.
- Enter the necessary details, then click Confirm.
- Examine the “Terms of Use” clause. If you agree to the terms, click Agree.
- You might need to manually enter your biographical information if a staff person manually authorized your account rather than automatically through Banner/eRaider protocols.
- When asked for this information, carefully input it and click Continue.
- In order to help you reset your password in the future or to notify you of account activity, the eRaider setup screen will ask for your contact information.
- Click Continue after entering a contact phone number and a backup email address.
- To continue, you must provide a phone number of contact.
- The contact sources you indicated in the prior stage will receive verification codes from the eRaider system.
- To find the code(s) emailed to you, check the phone you specified and your alternative email address.
- On the eRaider setup screen, enter the code(s) in the relevant boxes and press Continue.
- Enter a password of your choice that complies with the criteria. Click Continue after that.
- You won’t be asked for the password again, so choose one you can remember.
- Review and give your submission of information the go-ahead. Then click Finish Account Setup.
- Account creation is now finished. The finalization of your account may take up to 30 minutes.
- You ought to be able to log in and use eRaider-authenticated services after 30 minutes have passed.
How to Reset Your eRaider Password
- Visit https://eraider.ttu.edu and click the Forgot Password button if you are unsure of your current password.
- Enter your eRaider login and birth-date. Click Continue after that.
- You will be asked to enter one of your TechID or Social Security number if they are stored in the eRaider system. Enter your SSN or TechID.
- Click Continue after that.
- The eRaider system will send a verification code to the contact phone number you provided in your eRaider account in order to confirm your identification.
- Selecting Phone Call will deliver the verification code via an automated voice call, while selecting Text Message will send it via SMS text message.
- When you’re ready for the code to be sent, click Continue.
- Look for a new text message with the following text if you selected “Text Message” in the previous step: Your temporary eRaider access code is: Verify CODE at https://eraider.ttu.edu/code.aspx.
- You will get a call with the following text if you selected “Voice Call” in the previous step: For a password change, enter this code: CODE.
- In the “Enter Code” field, enter the code you just received. Next, select Verify.
- In both areas, enter the new password you want to use. Click Set Password after that.
- The password for your eRaider has been modified. The password might not work on all eRaider-authenticated services for up to five minutes.
- It could take up to two hours to fully restore access to several IT services, like TTU Raiderlink and Blackboard TTU, if your password had expired.
