You may access the majority of your student data and academic records at UTSA through the student portal known as UTSA ASAP. Automated Student Access Program is known as ASAP. The Best Way to Access Your UTSA ASAP Account
- Open the website ASAP.utsa.edu.
- Type in your myUTSA ID.
- Type in your pass phrase.
- To access your myUTSA account, click “Login.”
Resetting Your UTSA Password
- Find the UTSA Passphrase Portal by going there.
- Put your myUTSA ID here.
- For the reset code, enter either your phone number or a non-UTSA email address.
- Select “Submit” from the menu.
- For the reset code, check your phone or the email you provided.
- Upon returning to the portal, select the “Enter Reset Code” link.
- Enter your myUTSA ID and the reset code into the blanks on the new page to continue the process of changing your password.
How to Use ASAP to Check Your Admission Status
- ASAP sign in to UTSA.
- On the main menu, click the “Future Roadrunner” tab.
- Click “Check your Admission Status”
- To see your application’s specifics, select your “Admission Term.”
- Until you reach “Application Status,” scroll down the page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page until you find “Requirements” if “Application Status = Incomplete items outstanding.”
- You must submit all requirements that do not have a date in the “Received” column in order to finish your application.

- You will see a “Decision:” row with the admission decision, such as pending committee review, admitted, refused, etc., displayed if “Application Status = Decision Made”.
